By complete chance, our owner Alex first scouted Kevin during a live event where Kevin was stepping in to help a mutual friend as DJ and MC. Even without formal training at the time, his natural charisma and vocal presence stood out immediately.
“I heard him on the mic and thought, ‘This guy has it,'” Alex recalls. “He was articulate, poised, and had an instinct for the room that you just can’t teach.”
Since that initial meeting, Kevin has undergone a rigorous “polishing” process within the IT’S LIT system. He has spent the off season training on high-end audio equipment, mastering the nuances of ceremony sound, and perfecting the art of the Grand Entrance. Today, he combines that raw, relatable talent with the professional standard the IT’S LIT brand is known for.

Kevin’s primary role on the team is as a dedicated Master of Ceremonies. He understands that an MC’s job isn’t to be the center of attention, but to be the “voice of the evening” that guides guests through the experience.
