Another of our popular services that came purely from demand for such services, technically, various forms of lighting fall under decor lighting including but not limited to a variety of names for the same or similar things such as Bistro/String lighting, Fairy lights/Twinkle Lights, Tent Lighting, Etc. Most couples will be pleased to know that we offer bistro and tent lighting at reasonable prices compared to competitors, for example, some companies have a minimum charge regardless of how much lighting you need. Often times that is $4,000 or more, our lighting costs for that type of lighting often start between $500-$1,000.
Wedding Audio Guestbook Rental
An extremely popular addition to weddings in recent years has been wedding audio guestbooks, these recording devices, that look like antique phones, offer a unique way for guests to leave a message for the couple to listen back to after the wedding, but, we all know that most people get them just to hear the drunk messages from guests during dancing when the open bar really kicks in (wink). Wedding Rentals Rhode Island Packages and Pricing
The first thing regarding pricing that we must discuss is tax, some services we provide are taxable and some are not, the tax status and amount can also vary by state. We do our best to be upfront about what is and is not taxable when providing a quote, but know that at a maximum, tax won’t exceed 7% of the total quote.

New-add on: Any bookings for any services which staff needs to deliver, or be on site, can now add our “Bathroom Basket” Packages. Some venues, and planners provide them, but if you want to save yourself a headache you can choose from our 4 packages: Super basic $125+tax, Basic $150 + tax, Standard $225 + tax, and Premium $300 + tax. Each package includes one basket for the Men’s room, and one for the Ladies room, and a variety of necessities for guests from floss picks to blotting papers (based on package). Contact for more info!
